What is shadow work?

Shadow work means gently looking at the parts of ourselves we usually hide—like fear, shame, anger, or pain—so we can understand, heal, and grow from them instead of being controlled by them.

The shadow is everything in us that we’ve pushed away or learned to hide because we thought it wasn’t acceptable—like sadness, jealousy, or even power. It’s not “bad”—it’s just unseen.
